Beta-Alanine is considered to be the ‘new creatine’ in sports performance; not because it can replace the proven strength/muscle builder, but because it is proven to boost performance and muscular endurance for high intensity exercise. Clinical studies suggest that Beta-Alanine supplementation can delay muscle fatigue.
Recommended Use: Begin by consuming ½ a serving to assess tolerance. Any extra sensory effects of the skin while using Carnosyn® Beta-Alanine are normal and may subside after continuous use. Mix with 6-8oz of water or juice 20-30 minutes before your workout. For best results, consume on your non-training days as well.
